Step 2

Fill Out Necessary Forms

Nobody enjoys filling out paperwork, so we’ve simplified the process. You can complete your forms online in advance of need! If you have questions or need help, we’re always happy to assist.

Step 3

Transfer to Our Care

When the need arises, we’ll transfer your loved one to one of our licensed, climate-controlled care centers using our secure chain of custody process documenting every step. You can feel secure knowing they are in compassionate and caring hands.

Step 4

Cremation

Cremation occurs in one of our secure crematories throughout the United States staffed by our trained and certified operators. The entire process is done in our affiliate facilities to ensure it’s done right and you and your loved one are treated with the utmost care and compassion.

Step 5

Transfer of Ashes

We’ll forward the ashes of your loved one to the Neptune Memorial Reef studio. Our team will contact the family to schedule the mixing of the placement and deployment to the Reef.
